SITE VISIT
Construction of J49’s first development is underway in Deptford.
The Deptford Hub began construction in March and is due to be finished in summer 2024. When completed, the development will provide 33 apartments that will be rented out to individuals on Lewisham’s social housing waiting list. It will also include two floors of community space – including a community cafe.
The board members of J49 recently visited the site to check out the progress being made on the development so far.
