Newham hub recieves planning permission
J49 is excited to be working together with Bonny Downs Community Association and church to build a purpose built new community facility and much needed specialist housing provision in Newham.
The Newham Hub should begin construction by the end of 2024 and is due to be finished in Q1 of 2026. When completed, the development will provide 10 apartments for specialist housing need, working together with Newway housing care and Newham LA. It will consist of a “state of the art” new facility developed in an environmentaly aware construction method with sustainability and energy efficiency in mind.
We are hoping that this is the first of further projects that partner BD with J49 as we both look to meet community and housing needs in the borough.
